In an effort to enhance the university environment that fosters creativity and innovation, the Department of Science and Technology Gardens at the University of Mosul Presidency, held an introductory workshop in the hall of Nursing College. The workshop tackled the department working mechanism and cooperation methods with university formations.
The workshop was attended by the assistant of the deans for scientific affairs from the university’s colleges, along with unit heads and liaison officers from the colleges.
The workshop included a detailed presentation for the implemented projects by the department in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, strengthening partnerships between the university and various community sectors. It also highlighted the key services offered to entrepreneurial and innovative projects and discussed collaboration mechanisms with the colleges to encourage students and researchers to translate their ideas into actionable projects.

The workshop concluded by confirming on the importance of commitment in implementing the special plans of the activates according to the timelines set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, further strengthening the University of Mosul’s position as a hub for creativity and innovation.
