Professor Dr. Muzahim Al-Khayat, Chairman of the Parliamentary Education Committee commends the efforts of the University of Mosul in reconstructing and developing the new presidency building, on his inspection tour on Thursday, 16 October, 2025, accompanied by Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hassan Hamed, Assistant to the President of the University for Administrative and Financial Affairs.

This visit comes as part of the committee’s continuous follow-up on development plans and infrastructure projects within academic institutions in Nineveh Governorate. Dr. Al-Khayat reviewed the stages of completion of the project and its modern facilities, which contribute to supporting administrative and academic work and enhancing the modern university environment that the University of Mosul seeks to achieve.

Dr. Al-Khayat emphasized his keenness to support Mosul University and following-up its requirements to ensure completing its developmental projects aimed at advancing the educational and service reality in the governorate.
