College of Political Science at Mosul University Holds Its Creative Art Exhibition

As part of its efforts to embody the goals of sustainable development and promote student creativity within the campus, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jasim Al-Taie, Dean of the College of Political Science at Mosul University, inaugurated the college’s Creative Art Exhibition on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The exhibition was organized by the Student Activities Unit, in collaboration with various university departments, including the Student Activities Department/Art Activities Unit, the Women’s Affairs Unit and Committee, the University Counseling Unit, and the Continuing Education Unit.

The exhibition showcased a distinctive collection of handcrafted works, demonstrating the artistic skills and innovations of students and staff members. In addition to the artistic works, decorative plants were displayed, adding a special aesthetic touch to the college’s hallways. The exhibition also featured a variety of artistic paintings on diverse themes, reflecting the creative visions of their creators.

The exhibition also had an academic aspect, with doctoral dissertations and master’s theses from several faculty members being displayed, highlighting the integration of academic research with artistic and cultural activities.

The exhibition was widely attended by staff and students from several colleges in the second campus, with high praise for the artistic and organizational level of the event and its role in fostering a university environment that supports talent and creativity.
