In a new academic achievement that strengthens its prestigious scientific standing, Mosul University celebrated the launch of a wide range of graduate programs (Master’s, Ph.D., and Higher Diplomas) for the current academic year, after receiving official approvals from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This academic expansion embodies the university’s vision of developing its research and scientific environment and keeping pace with modern advancements in various fields of knowledge, contributing to the preparation of specialized cadres that meet the needs of the labor market, academic institutions, and support sustainable development plans in Iraq.

The newly introduced programs cover a wide spectrum of disciplines across the university’s various colleges. The College of Veterinary Medicine introduced four specialized Ph.D. programs, while the Colleges of Engineering, Political Science, Medicine, Science, Pharmacy, Arts, and Fine Arts launched new programs in cutting-edge fields such as Medical Physics, Mechatronics Engineering, Political Systems, Clinical Pharmacy, Islamic Archaeology, and Performing Arts – Theater Acting.

These new developments mark a solid step in Mosul University’s journey toward academic leadership, reflecting the inclusiveness of its vision and the integration of its academic plan to develop specialized fields. This initiative further solidifies its position as one of the most prominent academic institutions that combine academic expertise and research innovation to serve society, science, and humanity.
