Mosul University participated in the central graduation ceremony of Nineveh University for the academic year 2024–2025, themed “Excellence and Creativity,” held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Representing Mosul University on behalf of its President, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, were Professor Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jasim, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, and Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hasan Hamed, Assistant President for Administrative Affairs. This participation reaffirms the university’s commitment to strengthening cooperation and partnership with national universities in Nineveh Governorate.

This step embodies the spirit of academic and administrative integration between the two universities, contributing to the advancement of the educational environment, the exchange of expertise and knowledge, and the enhancement of joint university performance. It also aims to support and empower new graduates to achieve an active and impactful presence in their future academic and professional endeavors.
