On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Mosul University organized a scientific workshop titled “Institutional Sustainability through Green Marketing,” as part of the university’s efforts to raise environmental awareness and develop modern administrative thinking.

The workshop focused on introducing the concept of green marketing and its importance as an approach based on environmental protection and resource efficiency. It highlighted the role of institutions in adopting sustainable practices that help reduce carbon footprints, enhance institutional reputation, and improve operational efficiency. The session also discussed global trends in adopting eco-friendly policies and their impact on supporting long-term sustainability within academic and sports institutions.

The workshop aimed to emphasize the importance of integrating sustainability principles into administrative planning and institutional work, encouraging participants to implement responsible environmental practices, thereby fostering a culture of sustainability and advancing the administrative development pathway at the university.
