On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of Mosul University, chaired a regular meeting with the department heads at the University Presidency, attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hasan Hamed, Administrative Assistant to the President.

The meeting was dedicated to reviewing the latest administrative and service developments across all university departments, following up on points raised in the previous meeting, and focusing on assessing the current performance levels and identifying challenges and obstacles affecting workflow. The attendees also discussed mechanisms for supporting department plans and improving the services provided to staff members through a series of directives and procedures aimed at enhancing work efficiency and expediting the completion of transactions and official duties.

These meetings are part of the university presidency’s ongoing policy of continuous monitoring and improvement of administrative processes, ensuring the development of the work environment and providing the best services to the university’s staff.
