The Cultural Activities Unit in the Student Activities Department, in collaboration with the Arabic Department and the Vocational Training and Employment Follow-up Unit, organized a workshop titled “Directing and Enhancing Creative Talents Among Female Students of the College of Education for Girls and Ways to Improve Them,” on Sunday, November 30, 2025, attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Shadha Hazem, Dean of the College, along with the scientific and administrative assistants, and a number of faculty members, researchers, and students.

The workshop covered several research topics focused on developing creative talents and achieving sustainable development, the role of culture, motivation, and modern techniques in discovering and refining skills, and empowering female students to build creative leadership personalities. The workshop concluded by emphasizing the importance of a stimulating university environment and adopting modern methods to utilize young talents and enhance their creative presence.
