The College of Education for Humanities at the University of Mosul has launched the second training workshop dedicated to newly appointed educational counsellors within the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh, in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning at the University Presidency.
The workshop aims to develop the professional capacities of counselors and enhance their guidance skills in accordance with the latest practices adopted in the field of educational counselling.

The workshop, which continued until Thursday, 11 December 2025, seeks to improve the competencies of participants in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, enabling them to effectively contribute to improving the educational environment and supporting students.
These efforts come as part of the University of Mosul’s commitment to providing educational institutions with qualified personnel capable of addressing the challenges of modern educational work.
