The Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at the University of Mosul held a specialized workshop on Thursday, December 11, 2025, on the process of signing electronic commitments for student forms. The workshop was attended by representatives from the Nineveh Pension Department, Mr. Nawaf Nizar and Mr. Ayman Emad, who provided a detailed explanation of the requirements and regulations for completing these procedures.

The workshop saw active participation from the authorized personnel of the colleges responsible for overseeing the electronic form process, aiming to enhance data accuracy and streamline the administrative procedures related to student affairs. This workshop is part of the university’s efforts to develop its administrative and financial systems and transition to full automation, thereby improving the quality of services provided to students and increasing institutional efficiency.
