Six Researchers from the University of Mosul Contribute to the First Volume of an Encyclopedia on Political Systems

 

Six researchers from the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul have participated in the publication of the first volume of an encyclopedic book titled Encyclopedia of Political Systems, published by Hatrick Publishing and Distribution House. The book includes contributions from 22 researchers and academicians in political science from various Iraqi, Arab, and international universities and research centers, aiming to shed light on the concepts of political systems in different countries of the world.

The list of researchers from the University of Mosul includes: Assistant Professor Dr. Saadi Al-Ibrahim, Assistant Professor Dr. Marwan Salem Al-Ali, Lecturer Dr. Zaid Rafea Sultan, Assistant Lecturer Saad Shihab Ahmed, Assistant Lecturer Mohamed Younis Mohamed, and Assistant Lecturer Tuqa Mohamed Adnan.

The book consists of 12 chapters spanning over 555 pages, covering the political systems in terms of their origins, development, constitutional and administrative structures, analyzing different models of governance, mechanisms of authority, and their interrelationships. It also presents comparative experiences from democratic, authoritarian, and hybrid states, contributing to a deeper understanding of how political systems are formed and their impact on stability, governance, and decision-making within states.
