Beneficial Bacteria and Human Health: A Scientific Workshop at the University of Mosul

The College of Sciences at the University of Mosul organized a scientific workshop titled “Beneficial Bacteria as a Reflection of Health: An Advanced Microbiological Perspective,” held from December 22 to 24, 2025. This workshop is part of the college’s scientific approach to supporting modern studies related to human health and microbiological sciences.
The workshop aimed to highlight the vital role of beneficial bacteria as an essential element in maintaining human health and improving the quality of life, focusing on their relationship with immunity, nutrition, and the environment. It also presented the latest research concepts and trends in this field. Through organizing such scientific activities, the University of Mosul emphasizes its commitment to continuous education, promoting health awareness, and bridging academic knowledge with community service, in line with its scientific and humanitarian mission.
