On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, conducted an inspection tour of the sections and units of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at the university’s presidency. This visit was part of his field follow-up on the administrative work process and to assess the performance mechanisms and actual needs of the staff, accompanied by Dr. Basel Khalaf Hamoud, Head of the Academics Syndicate in Nineveh.

During the tour, he reviewed the nature of the tasks carried out by the sections and units, directing the need to develop work methods in line with quality standards and administrative governance requirements, which would contribute to improving the level of services provided. He also emphasized the active role of the department’s employees in supporting the various administrative and financial functions, reiterating the university’s leadership’s commitment to providing a suitable work environment that enhances institutional performance and contributes to achieving the university’s academic and administrative goals, while overcoming obstacles to improve the services provided to the university and its members.
