The College of Agriculture and Forestry held a scientific seminar entitled “The Mechanism of Applying for Academic Promotion via the Electronic System” on Thursday, January 8, 2026, with the aim of familiarizing faculty members with the system and facilitating the application process.

The seminar aimed to clarify the main steps and procedures for applying for academic promotion through the electronic system, including the preparation of the required documents, submitting the application correctly, and ensuring that all necessary conditions for obtaining academic promotion are met. During the seminar, the electronic application mechanism was explained in detail, outlining step-by-step procedures for applying through the electronic system approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The seminar also presented the application requirements and provided a detailed explanation of the documents and papers required from applicants, including published research papers or those accepted for publication in recognized and reputable journals. In addition, the basic conditions for promotion were discussed, along with guidance on how to complete the evaluation form, handle errors, and correct potential mistakes during the electronic application process to ensure acceptance of the application.

This seminar was held in response to the needs of faculty members to access accurate information and data related to applying through the electronic system, ensuring precision in procedures and saving time.
