  The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Mosul organized a scientific symposium today, Monday, February 24, 2025, under the title: "Foot-and-Mouth Disease: Its Risks to Livestock and Humans." The symposium was attended by Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Munir Salem Taha, The Assistant of the President for Scientific Affairs, the President of the Veterinary Doctors Syndicate, the Director of the Veterinary Hospital in Nineveh Province, along with a distinguished group of faculty members, researchers, and students.
