The President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi, met on Thursday, 27 November 2025, with H.E. Dr. Mohammed Ali Tamim, Minister of Planning, during an official visit to the Ministry’s headquarters in Baghdad.
