On Monday, December 15, 2025, the Civil Defense Department at the University of Mosul, in collaboration with the Civil Defense Directorate of Nineveh, organized a practical training course in the Al-Hadbaa Residential Complex, which is part of the Department of Dormitory Affairs. The training included hands-on fieldwork for a number of volunteer female students, where they were introduced to the correct and safe use of fire extinguishers and instructed on the steps to follow in order to handle such emergencies properly and avoid risks.
