  The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi, received the President of the Martyrs Foundation, Dr. Abdul-Ilah Al-Na'il. The Minister of Education expressed his support for the martyrs' families and his keenness to enable them to fulfil their legal entitlement to obtain various study opportunities and fulfill their scientific ambitions in the environment of Iraqi universities.
