A training course on “computer efficiency “ for the proposes of the administrative promotion of state employees started out in computer and internet center on Feb 9th 2014. The course comprised (Windows 7 ,Excel and Word 2010). At the end the course ,the participant receives a certificate qualifying him for promotion .
