Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal al-Din al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations/the American Corner Unit at University of Mosul held an introductory workshop on academic cooperation with American universities and cultural institutions, on Sunday, November 12, 2023, in Al-Furat Hall at the Department of Dams and Water Resources Engineering. The workshop was attended by Professor Dr. Abdul Rahim Ibrahim Jassim, Dean of the College of Engineering, and university lecturers and students.
The workshop included an explanation of the academic and research cooperation projects that were the results of the visit of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, to Lindenwood University in the United States. Study opportunities at University of Texas/Dallas, research programs for graduate students at Western Michigan University, and the program for hosting Iraqi archaeologists by the Chaldean Cultural Center in the American state of Michigan were also discussed
