College of Dentistry Organizes “Researcher Tools” Workshop to Strengthen Scholarly Publishing and Academic Identity

As part of the College of Dentistry’s commitment to acquaint all members with various international platforms and repositories, the workshop titled “Researcher Tools for Understanding Academic Identity and Enhancing Scholarly Publishing” was held over two consecutive days.

The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Diaa Fakhri a faculty member of the College of Dentistry. He presented detailed mechanisms and the resources available in international repositories and indexing databases, and emphasized their importance in promoting scholarly publishing and increasing citation counts for the college’s faculty.

The workshop was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Neam Riyadh Saleem Dean of the College of Dentistry, along with a number of teaching staff and affiliates. The event took place in a rich academic atmosphere that reflected the college’s commitment to developing its researchers’ capabilities and supporting their academic activity.
