College of Dentistry

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Waheed Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul,
and the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Neam Riyadh Saleem, Dean of the College of Dentistry,
the Women’s Affairs Committee at the College of Dentistry, affiliated with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the University Presidency, organized a celebration on the occasion of Iraq’s National Independence Day on Monday, October 6, 2025, held in the courtyards of the College Deanery and the Educational Clinics Building.

The event commenced with a speech delivered by the Dean, in which she expressed her deep sense of pride and honor in this cherished national occasion, affirming that Independence Day embodies the spirit of patriotism and stands as a symbol of the sacrifices and heroism of the forefathers in their pursuit of freedom and sovereignty.

The celebration was attended by members of the Women’s Affairs Committee, a number of faculty members, staff, and students, all gathered in an atmosphere filled with national pride, love, and loyalty to Iraq.

At the conclusion of the celebration, heartfelt congratulations and best wishes were extended to the Iraqi people on this joyous occasion, praying to Almighty God to protect our beloved Iraq and its noble people, and to grant the country continued security, peace, and prosperity.
