Al-Hadbaa Female Student Housing Complex

Al-Hadbaa Female Student Housing Complex

The Al-Hadbaa housing complex for female students is located within the campus of the University of Mosul. It enjoys a central geographic location on campus and consists of five sections: (Tayba, Al-Shaima, Al-Zahraa, Umm Al-Rabeein, and Al-Khansa), all designed in apartment-style units. The total capacity of the complex is 1,320 students. All section rooms are fully furnished with the essential furniture required by our dear students.

From a service standpoint, the complex is equipped with 24-hour emergency electricity, and in the event of a power outage, three generators supply the complex with electricity. There are also maintenance and service units providing continuous monitoring throughout the academic year and during the summer break to ensure the sustainability of all service aspects of the complex.

A water purification and filtration system is available to maintain the health and safety of our students in general. Additionally, there are green spaces and shaded benches for sitting. The University of Mosul, through the Department of Student Dormitories Affairs, always strives to provide the best services to our students. Among the strategic future plans is the imminent launch of a project to establish an electronic study hall in the complex in collaboration with the University’s Reconstruction and Projects Department. This project is scheduled to be completed before the end of 2023 to enhance the essential services our dear students need. May God grant success.
