Environmental Researches Center

Dr. Saba Khair Al-Din Al-Taei, Director of the Environmental Research Center, chaired the regular meeting of the Permanent Committee for Sustainable Development at the University of Mosul. The meeting started with the review of the activities carried out by the committee. The attendees listened to the obstacles raised by the head of the unit that may affect adherence to the deadlines for completing the forms received from the Ministry. It was agreed to accelerate the momentum of work in coordination with the colleges in order to accomplish what is required while simplifying procedures and dividing the work so as to ensure the fast and accuracy of the responses received from the colleges. The committee also discussed the preparations for the establishment of the Sustainable Development Festival and decided to form a supreme supervisory committee and allocate a meeting to put the details of the festival and its timings to assure its success.
