Environmental Researches Center

On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, the Environmental Research Center held a discussion session entitled “Environmental Pollution with Pesticides”, delivered by Assistant Professor Nahla Salem Hamouk (a lecturer at our center) in the center’s lecture hall. The aim of this lecture was to raise awareness and protect humans, animals and plants from the dangers of chemical pesticides to which they are exposed in the environment in which they live, and to clarify the phenomenon of environmental pollution with pesticides that are sometimes used carelessly, without proper scientific monitoring. As we enter the twenty-first century, we must reconsider many aspects of our lives in order to preserve future generations and live in a clean environment free of pollution to ensure the health of the environment and society and apply the principles of sustainable development and organic agriculture.
