The Environmental Research Center holds a discussion session on the use of microencapsulation technology in the food sector.

On Tuesday, December 17, 2024, the Environmental Research Center held a discussion session entitled (The use of microencapsulation technology in the food sector) delivered by Dr. Sahar Adnan Sheet (a lecturer at our center) attended by lecturers and members of the center in the center’s lecture hall. This lecture aims to define the encapsulation process as one of the important technological processes in the field of food manufacturing that helps improve the delivery of biologically active substances that have a good effect on human health to food. It is one of the methods of preserving food in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
