The Environmental Research Center Holds a Discussion Session on Noise Pollution
The Environmental Research Center at the University of Mosul organized a discussion session titled “Noise Pollution – The Problem and Solutions” on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
The session was moderated by Assistant Professor Muthanna Abdul-Jabbar.
The discussion focused on raising awareness about noise pollution and its various consequences, whether social or health-related, on individuals and society as a whole. It also addressed effective methods to reduce the negative impacts of noise.
The session aimed to emphasize the importance of mitigating noise pollution and improving the quality of life in affected environments.
The Environmental Research Center organizes awareness visits to the following schools: Al-Asma'i Preparatory School for Girls, Zubaydah Intermediate School for Girls, and Al-Hadbaa Intermediate School for Girls.
