The Sustainable Food Security Course continued on its second day, Monday, April 28, 2025. The first lecture, delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Sahar Adnan Sheet, was titled "Food Security from a Sustainability Perspective." She highlighted the most prominent challenges facing achieving food security for current and future generations, while also highlighting the need to preserve environmental and economic resources.
