Two faculty members at the Environmental Research Center publish a joint research paper in a reputable scientific journal.
Assistant Professor Dr. Mai Abdel-Hafiz and Assistant Professor Taha Ahmed Al-Tayyar published a joint research paper in the Scopus-indexed Egyptian Journal of Aquatic Biology & Fisheries.
The paper is titled “A v-SUM Hybrid Model to Improve the Disinfection of Surface Drinking Water in Aquatic Environments.”
This scientific achievement reflects the University of Mosul’s ongoing efforts to advance scientific research and publish its findings in reputable international journals, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), and Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).
