A faculty member at the Environmental Research Center publishes a joint research paper in a reputable scientific journal.
Dr. Sahar Adnan Sheet, a lecturer at the University of Mosul, published a joint research paper in the American Journal of Science and Learning for Development (AJSLD).
The paper is titled “The Use of Composite and Reinforced Food Films in Preserving Braided Cheese.”
This scientific achievement reflects the University of Mosul’s ongoing efforts to advance scientific research and publish its findings in reputable international journals, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 1 (No Poverty), Goal 2 (Zero Hunger), Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and Goal 13 (Climate Action).
