A faculty member at the Environmental Research Center at the University of Mosul publishes a joint research paper in a reputable scientific journal.
Dr. Sahar Adnan Sheet, a lecturer at the University of Mosul, published a joint research paper in the journal Sustainability in Food and Agriculture (SFNA).
The research paper is titled “Manufacturing a Therapeutic Yogurt Fortified with Two Types of Rice and Studying its Physical, Chemical, and Microbiological Properties.”
This scientific achievement reflects the University of Mosul’s ongoing efforts to advance scientific research and publish its findings in reputable international journals, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 1 (No Poverty), Goal 2 (Zero Hunger), Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
