Completion of the IELTS test at the University of Mosul on March 9, 2026, as part of the University’s support of the Sustainable Development Goals

Yesterday, Monday, March 9, 2026, the IELTS test was concluded at the International English Language Testing Center at the University of Mosul. The test included the three skills tests: Listening, Reading, and Writing, followed by the completion of the Speaking test. The test was conducted with excellent organization and under precise academic and administrative supervision. The test continued for consecutive hours until approximately 6:00 PM.
This test is part of a series of internationally accredited tests conducted by the center according to global standards approved by relevant authorities. This aligns with the university’s academic policies of supporting internationally recognized language assessment programs, which contribute to developing participants’ language proficiency and enhancing their academic and professional readiness.
These efforts reflect the university’s commitment to supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by contributing to the achievement of several of these goals, most notably:
Goal 4: Quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.
Goal 8: Decent work and economic growth through developing language skills and competencies that enhance employment opportunities.
Goal 10: Reducing inequalities by providing educational opportunities and accredited international tests for all.
Goal 17: Partnerships for the goals through cooperation with international institutions concerned with language testing.
The center’s administration would like to inform test takers that test results will be sent via email within two to five days. Therefore, all test takers are kindly requested to regularly check their email.
