Tasks of the IELTS Center

  1. Preparing all necessary requirements for the International English Language Test (IELTS)
    Setting up all equipment, materials, and the appropriate environment to conduct the test in accordance with the requirements of the British Council and the approved international standards.

  2. Registering test candidates
    Receiving and registering candidates wishing to take the IELTS test through the official platform approved by the center, and guiding them to benefit from the educational programs and materials provided by the British Council to support test preparation.

  3. Supervising and monitoring the test process
    Overseeing the administration of the English proficiency (IELTS) tests to ensure transparency and compliance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the international standards specified in the regulations of the British Council.

  4. Training administrative staff and invigilators
    Supervising the training of administrative staff and exam invigilators according to the approved work policies, ensuring performance quality based on the code of professional conduct and professional development defined by the British Council.

  5. Organizing preparatory training courses
    Conducting preparatory courses for candidates to develop their language skills and abilities in order to successfully pass the test and achieve the required score.

  6. Organizing introductory and awareness courses
    Providing introductory and awareness courses about the IELTS test to colleges, university centers, and governmental and non-governmental institutions to enhance understanding of the test and its requirements.
