Within the approach adopted by the Presidency of the University of Mosul in expanding scientific and knowledge cooperation and coordination with the local and international discreet academic institutions and journals, the General Secretariat of the University Libraries has reached an agreement with the Emirates College for Education Sciences in UAE to access the researches of its Journal of Arts, Literature, Humanities and Social Sciences by adding its links to the web page of the Central Library, given that this periodically issued journal is one of the branches of the European University of Arts and Humanities (Salzburg – Austria), where researches are edited and reviewed by a specialized staff and evaluated and judged by following a professional review system (Peer Review) before publishing.
