Central Library

Further to our previous statement regarding what was circulated in social media about the books existed in the warehouses of Baghdad International Airport since 2017, and after dispatching the accredited representative of the University of Mosul to the Airport to be briefed of the books that we were never notified of in advance, we would like to mention that under the mediation of the Minister of Higher Education, the Minister of Transportation and the Minister of Finance will facilitate the process of exempting the books from Customs duties and grounding and storage fees in order for the Central Library to receive them.Note that the Central Library at the University of Mosul receives books through the Technical Procedures Division and sends them to the University’s branch libraries according to the instructions and regulations
