Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Kussay Kamaluddin Al-Ahmady, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Mr. Sayf mohamed Dhiya Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, the Continuing Education Division, organized a virtual workshop entitled (The Iraqi Virtual Science Library … A Scientific Research Portal), in cooperation with the Environment and Pollution Control Research Center, on Google Meet Platform. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Ghada Abdulkarim, Head of the Planning Unit, and Mr. Jalal Hikmat, Administrator of the Iraqi Virtual Science Library. They gave a detailed explanation of the importance of the IVSL and the optimal methods of registering, searching and saving the results in it. During the workshop, Dr. Ghada and Mr. Jalal answered all the inquiries raised by the attendees who expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the General Secretariat of the University Libraries in organizing the workshop. The workshop is held with the electronic and administrative assistance by Dr. Ghada Abdulkarim and Asst. Lect. Zina Tarek. At the end, the workshop attendees were given certificates of participation.
