Legal Consultant Maher Alobaidi Dedicates His Master Thesis
In support of the revival of the University of Mosul Libraries destroyed by ISIS, and with a follow-up from the General Secretariat of the University of Mosul Libraries, the Central Library received a copy of a Master Thesis titled (Error In Legal Responsibility – A Comparative Study) carried out and dedicated by Mr. Maher Khudur Gha’eb Alobaidi, Assistant Legal Consultant, Legal Division, Nineveh Health Department. The Central Library appreciates his initiative and wishes him success in serving the University of Mosul and Iraq.
