The General Secretariat of the Libraries of Mosul University thanked Dr. Qaisar Sa’adi Alaqili, who handed the Central Library valuable books he had borrowed shortly before ISIS took control of Mosul. He has done so for his honesty and for his dedication to the Central Library, which is always in the service of its users, and in order for the University students and researchers to benefit from these very important books
