Central Library

As part of the efforts made by the University of Mosul to maintain joint cooperation with supporting organizations, the Secretary General of the University of Mosul Libraries, Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar received the UNDP team who paid a visit to the Central Library. Mr Sayf gave the team a glimpse of the services provided by the Central Library and the plans implemented under the supervision of the President of the University of Mosul and with tireless efforts made by the library staff members. During the visit Mr. Hugo De Vries handed the Central Library a number of books presented by Dutch friends, his brother Joost’s book within them. The team was so impressed by the remarkable accomplishments done at the Central Library and promised to proceed in supporting community services
