Under the auspices of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Kossay Alahmady, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Prof. Dr. Thaer Alsamman, and at an invitation from Prof. Dr. Mufid Thanoon, Head of the Economics Department, Secretary General of the University of Mosul Libraries Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar together with a number of professors, specialists, and guests participated in a scientific lecture titled (Financing Options in the Iraqi State – a Vision from Reality) conducted by the Department of Economics, College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, and was delivered by Prof. Dr. Hashim Alarkub. Mr. Sayf expressed the importance of the subject of the lecture to ensure a secure financial future for the country and society in Iraq.
