The scientific methodological book “Cloud Computing” is recently published. It is a new scientific and academic achievement which is written by Professor Dr. Doha Basheer Abdullah Al-Bazaz, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, with the participation of Assistant Professor Dr. Ameen Fadl Hassan Al Qasem and Assistant Professor Dr. Sadoun Hussein Abdullah supplies the Arab Library.
This 2025 edition represents a comprehensive reference that addresses the concept of cloud computing and its vital role in supporting the digital transformation of government institutions and the business sector. The book, which is published by Ibn Al-Atheer Printing and Publishing House, reviews the historical path of development of computing models from traditional to cloud, providing a detailed explanation of the infrastructure and deployment models adopted in this field.
The book consists of thirteen chapters that combine theoretical foundations with practical
applications across global cloud platforms and discuss in depth the technologies supporting cloud computing, cybersecurity issues, data migration, management, and business continuity.
