Under the auspices of the Honorable President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Director of the University Libraries, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Jassim Mohammed, the General Directorate of the Central Library organized  a training course for the period from 5/18/2026 to 5/19/2026 entitled:

«The impact of job negligence on the performance of services in public departments»

The course aims to highlight on the negative effects of job neglect and its repercussions on the quality of

performance and services provided in state institutions, as well as enhancing the concepts of commitment and job discipline among the working staff.

The course was presented by the lecturer Rawaa Salah Ziadeh and assistant lecturer Shatha Ahmed Dhnoun which witnessed active participation from the functional staff in the Central Library, as it included scientific discussions and interventions that contributed to enriching the course axes and achieving its training and knowledge objectives.

And this achieved the following round goals: (the eighth goal:the Decent Work ,Economic Growth. and the sixteenth goal: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) from the Sustainable Development Goals.
