In line with the directives of the Presidency of the University of Mosul ,highlighting the importance of  developing scientific and information

resources and promoting the cognitive structure that supporting scientific research, the Director of the Central Library, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Jassim Mohammed, headed the meeting of the committee for auditing paper and electronic resources donated to the Central Library.

The meeting discussed Mechanisms for auditing and examining books and electronic resources in

preparation for their inclusion in the Central Library’s digital repository and making them available to researchers and students according to approved controls and standards thus contributing to expanding access to digital knowledge resources. In addition to auditing the paper resources donated to the Central Library, in way that supports the development of library collections and enhances their scientific stock

as appropriate in the needs of researchers, lecturers ,users and university students.
