In line with the directives of the presidency of the Mosul University ,emphasizing the importance of enhancing the scientific and cultural cooperation between academic institutions and university libraries,  the second-year students in the Department of Life Sciences at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, accompanied by a number of lecturers visited the Central Library at the University of Mosul, for the purpose of identifying the information sources available in the library and benefiting from them in improving the skills of the scientific research and expanding students’ cognitive perceptions in a way that contributes to supporting their academic and research career.

This visit comes in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, especially the fourth goal, which represented in promoting good education by boosting the learning opportunities and access to knowledge resources, and the seventeenth goal: building partnerships to achieve the goals by enhancing the cooperation between educational institutions and university libraries.
