Central Library

Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary General of the University of Mosul Libraries received the delegation of the German Embassy, the KfW Development Bank and the UNDP who visited the Central Library accompanied by Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President of the University of Mosul. He briefed them on the divisions and units of the Central Library and the efforts exerted by the library staff members in performing their duties to the fullest. A collection of books was donated by the visiting delegation. The delegation was impressed by the return of life to the Central Library and promised to continue supporting the University of Mosul and its libraries in order to provide the best services to the community.
