At the behest and under the auspices of Rector Alahmady, a working group consisting of the Secretary General of the University of Mosul Libraries Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, the Technical System Official Asst. Lect. Mohammed Abid Qasim, the Media Official Asst. Lect. Shatha Ahmad , the Officials of the Central Library’s Divisions together with one of the University of Mosul’s technology specialists Mr. Abdullah Murtadha held a fourth meeting to look into best ways to implement the electronic system in the Central Library according to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and in cooperation with the UNESCO.
