In line with the persistent endeavors of the Alahmady-presided University of Mosul to organize courses and workshops that contribute to raising the scientific level of the University of Mosul members, and under the supervision and presence of the Secretary General of the University of Mosul Libraries Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, the Official of the Continuing Education Division at the Central Library Ms. Saba Ma’ad Aljuboori organized a workshop themed “The Role of Women in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals” on September 30, 2024. The workshop was presented by the Official of Electronic Library at the Central Library Ms. Rawa Aasem who touched on the great role of women in preserving the sustainable environment by raising children and working in the fields of life. The workshop was attended by the Head of Hotel Studies Department Asst. Prof. Dr. Manal Abduljabbar Alsammak, College of Tourism Science, and a number of library staff members.
