Central Library

with the directions of the Presidency of the University of Mosul in honoring its retired members in appreciation of their giving and efforts, the General Secretariat of the Central Library held a ceremony honoring Mr. Najm al-Din Abdullah Khalaf Ibrahim al-Hamdouni on the occasion of his retirement, in the presence of a number of Central Library staff.
The celebration witnessed a speech delivered by Assistant Professor Dr.Muhammad Jassim Muhammad, Secretary General of Libraries, in which he praised the great services offered by the celebrated during his years of work in the library with honestly and sincerely, wishing him good health and wellness and a new beginning full of success and happiness after retirement.
The organization and management of the ceremony was also supervised by Mrs. Baida Saber Ayoub the official for the acqusition unit.The attendees confirmed that the efforts made by those retired will remain preserved in the library’s memory, and will consider a source of inspiration for future generations that draw from its scientific and cultural resources.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, a shield of appreciation was presented to Mr. Najm Al-Din Abdullah Khalaf Ibrahim Al-Hamdouni, in honor of his career full of giving and dedication to serving the library.
