Under the auspices of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr.Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision and presence of the Assistant Professor Dr.Muhammad Jassim Muhammad, Secretary General of the University of Mosul Libraries and the Assistant Professor Dr.Noha Saleem Muhammad/ the official of the Quality Assurance Department at the University Presidency, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division in the library, and as part of the activities of the awareness team in the field of energy sustainability, environment and climate, the educational awareness workshop was organized tagged (Climate Change and its effect on Iraq), delivered by Assistant Lecturer Rand Otba and Assistant Lecturer Hassan Jamal Abdullah Al-Taladrisian in the College of Environmental Sciences.Workshop rapporteur, Assistant Teacher Muhammad Fawzi Sheet The workshop was prepared by Ms. Baida Saber Ayoub, liaison member of the Occupational Safety and Environmental Conservation Committee.The workshop covered the climate change and its negative effects on the environment and health safety of the individual and society.Its aim is to spread awareness and move towards clean energy and a healthy environment.
