A workshop on (Family solidarity calls for equality or justice between the genders)

Under the auspices of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr.Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision and presence of the Assistant Professor Dr.Muhammad Jassim Muhammad,  the Secretary-General of the University of Mosul Libraries, and in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division in the library and the Women’s Affairs Unit at the University Presidency and in implementation of the Third National Plan for Women, the Central Library hosted the workshop entitled (Family Solidarity Calls for Equality or genders justice) The workshop was delivered by Assistant Professor Irada Abdul Khaleq Khalil Al-Dabbagh/College of Science/ the official of the Guidance Division, the workshop was run by Ms. Rawaa Assem, liaison member of the Women’s Affairs Unit Committee.The workshop was presented by Ms. Saba Maad Al-Jubouri, responsible for the Continuing Education Division.The workshop discussed the concept of justice in dealing between females and males and its impact on the way of dealing. Does justice require equality? The problem of dealing with males as the strongest element, and females, requires compassion and care, and from here the meaning of guardianship begins and the difference in its interpretation over successive times, and its exclusive relation to spending, which is a concept that has two aspects in that it is the second pillar of guardianship, and ignoring the basic pillar, which is the concept of preference    A certificate of participation will be given to workshop participants
